Coaxial television

  • Distribution of radio and television programs and additional information within the meaning of the Radio and Television Act (RTA), as a basic or additional package of programs provided in unencrypted or coded form to users and received by them through end devices.
  • Some of the programs can be additionally encrypted in order to require additional payment for their use.
  • A digital receiver, CA module, and decoder card are provided free of charge for the term of the contract. After its expiration, the client is obliged to return to Intersat Ltd. the devices used by him for the term of the contract, unless he signs a new contract for the use of the services provided by Intersat Ltd.
  • In cases where wiring is required for more than 1 TV in your home, a one-time fee of BGN 15.00 is due. with VAT for each additional TV.

Interactive TV

  • The download of the SmartHDTV application is available from smart TVs with Android operating system, Samsung's Tizen and LG's WebOS.
  • An STB decoder may be required to use the service. It can be purchased from the front office of Intersat Ltd. There is no maximum number of devices that can be used at one address.
  • To use the service you need an active Internet service provided by Atlantis SAT.
  • Possibility for independent installation of the device.
  • The IPTV contract has a minimum initial term of 12 months. The service cannot be provided with an open-ended contract.
  • Simultaneous use of the Internet service and the Interactive TV service can reduce the speed of Internet access by up to 20 Mbps, which reduction can lead to slower loading of sites, slowdown or interruption of music streaming on sites such as YouTube, delay in the use of video calls through applications such as Skype, Viber and others.


  • The services are provided on the territory of the Municipality of Mezdra and in the presence of technical possibility for installation.
  • Intersat Ltd. activates the requested electronic communications services within 24 (twenty four) hours after the following conditions are met: An individual service contract has been signed; a physical connection to the network is established when the user does not have one; a one-time connection price has been paid, as well as a monthly subscription price due in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Intersat Ltd and the subscription or tariff plan selected by the user and the price list valid at the time of concluding the Individual Contract.
  • The installation of services is done by prior arrangement for a convenient day and time. An adult family member is required during the installation of the services.
  • Intersat Ltd. reserves the right to require a preliminary deposit for services requiring higher costs associated with the provision of the service requested by the client.


  • The services are paid in the month preceding the month of use.
  • In the month of activation a fee equal to the number of days of use from the date of installation of the service is due. The monthly subscription fees are invoiced on the first day from the beginning of the new month, with a term for payment up to 2 days.
  • In case of non-payment of one subscription fee, the services are suspended due to non-payment. The re-activation of the Internet service is performed automatically, immediately after a payment of the amounts due under the contract. The re-activation of the Television service is made within 24 hours after payment of the amounts due under the contract. If the client wishes, he can pay an express connection fee of BGN 15.
  • In cases where you use a prepaid Internet and / or Television service, the prepayment is valid for the selected period - 6 or 12 months. After the expiration of the term you can choose another service from Intersat Ltd. and Atlantis SAT Ltd. or to prepay for a new chosen term. The contract is not renewed automatically.


  • The offers are valid for new clients, as well as for current clients on an open-ended contract (who have signed an open-ended contract and those whose contract has expired with an initial minimum term of 12 months).
  • The offers can be used by current customers with an unexpired fixed-term contract, when the subscription for the service represents a transition to a higher tariff plan (higher monthly price).
  • A contract for the use of the service is concluded with a minimum initial term of 12 months, after the expiration of this term the contract becomes indefinite under the same conditions.
  • A contract for the use of the service can be signed in advance in the  front office of Intersat ltd. The starting date of activation of a service is the date of the statement of findings for acceptance of the quality of the service.
  • In case of early termination of the contract (before the expiration of the minimum term), the user owes all monthly subscription fees until the date of expiration of the initial minimum period of the contract.
